PS - pretty sunset last night. Everything turned pink. One thing you can say for dirty air is it makes for gorgeous sunsets...

Went to surgeon s office on Wednesday. We were 2 days early. Went for hearing test yesterday it was unchanged. To the cardiologist yesterday afternoon and he was pleased. Went back to the surgeon this morning and lifting restrictions remain at 8 lbs. Adalyn is 22lbs. He said he was ok with me holding her if I was in a chair. I will be compliant. To the ophthalmologist this afternoon and I am sure they will dilate my eye. I hate that part of the exam. Feel like I have been 400 miles. I think I am complete in the medical area today.

I have been getting at least 1/2 mile per day walks in. China, the pit bull, follows me until I recognize that she is following me. Then she walks about 30 ft ahead of me. I saw a snake the other day and could not even get her to see it. What kind of protection is that?

I still manage to graze most of a day even while getting caught up with doctors appointments.

131.8. Not as much exercise this week - lunch meeting all 3 of my work days. Don't they know I need to get my walks in???!!!

Met Kevin's sister and her family yesterday. He gets to meet my family (parents/brother and his family) and my best friends next weekend. I still need to meet his daughter which I'm told might not go so well. Probably won't happen until Christmas break.

2nd playoff game tonight. The weather isn't even too bad! Should be lower 40's for the game.

Looks like the gang is doing well. Yay! Miss being able to keep up with you all on a regular basis!
