Are the urology issues related to the stroke or a terrible coincidence? So glad he's home and resting!

The urology issues were found because his kidney lab work came back significantly off. Yes, unrelated, but found due to having the stroke. And yes, he had been having symptoms for a year but had done nothing about them, including telling me.

Peps, so glad Ron is home and doing better and cooperating with doctor orders. Lots can be done to recover from strokes and also to prevent more. Don't forget self care. Diane S

So young for a stroke! Hopefully some changes will put Ron on a healing path and maybe help you with your eating? We had a friend who had a stroke in his 40's who made serious life changes and is now in his early 70's enjoying his life immensely.

He's actually not so young - though not old either. He's 67 soon to be 68. He does not look or act his age (has it's pros and cons that does! LOL).

I am hoping that he does make those changes he needs to make. Right now he seems pretty motivated. Let's hope it sticks.

Wow, he looks at least 10 or more years longer! He has a good reason to be motivated, so there is hope it will stick!
