What is this wet stuff falling from the sky in Southern California? I think they call it rain! Nearly an inch here. It's so weird - if they hype the rain, it never comes. If they hardly mention it, we get a lot (for CA). They should forbid weatherpeople from discussing the weather and then we'd never have drought. Wouldn't it be nice if it worked that way? Anyway, it all started with some great thunder and lightning. Another rarity for our area.

Yesterday I got my hair done (long overdue) and hunkered down for a Poldark binge marathon. Such a good show.

Ferg needs a walk when the rain slows. Until then, I've switched marathoning to The Durells in Corfu and a 1000 piece puzzle.
