Weight 171.4

Today was a trip to San Clemente to walk around their crafty market they have once a month with a friend. So nice to be at the ocean again and doing lots of walking.

I have been fighting the want-to-binge-on-delivery-takeout feelings the last two nights. Being back in the land where delivery takeout is a thing is so tempting. But both nights I realized I have food here I like and I am hungry and if I ate said food in my kitchen, I would kill the hunger without burying it under a few thousand calories of salty Chinese food. Slaying negative food habit dragons over here...

Made up several Greek salads for grab and go ease this week. Folding clean clothes right now, for ease of dressing in the half dark so I don't wake up dh. Hopefully the start of a manageable week.
