Best wishes for your sister in law......also for DH's procedure tomorrow. There is way too much going on in that family.
Love those leg squats. I do balance stuff while waiting for coffee to brew.

Good Morning From Australia :)
Thank you Cecily for the invite - I look forward to joining in as much as possible
My background, I had VSG in June 2017 and am sitting at 169.4 lbs or thereabouts for the past 5 months or so. I had initially wanted to get to 154lbs but Im happy with how my body functions and looks at this weight.
Live in Melbourne Australia and lead a fairly hectic life (dont we all) Work from home in IT and Administration Management. Spend my time between our home and we also have a 24 acre property 3.5 hr drive away which we go to at least fortnightly. Retirement planning - have a 6 bay shed on it with a mini house and hope to start building our forever home in 6 or so years
Shirley
Hi Shirley, I can't resist telling you I speak Australian. When I was 16, my family hosted an exchange student from New Castle, and I gained a much longed for sister. She lives in Utah now, and was just at my house this weekend to attend our nephew's wedding. One of our favorite stories, we were at a shopping mall and she told me she wanted to buy a sloppy Joe. I took her to the food court, and she looked puzzled and said why are we here? Well she had asked me for a sloppy Joe which in Minnesota is a loose meat sandwich; took me awhile to understand sloppy Joe is Aussie for sweatshirt.
Oh thats lovely Diamond :) I hope you all had a wonderful time at your nephews wedding together.
Another name for a sweatshirt is a windcheater over here or hoodie - isnt it funny how things can be called such different things between countries and even states. Between Victoria and New South Wales - one of note is a Potato Cake (victorian name) versus Potato Scallop (NSW) - your sister may have a chuckle if you remind her
Lovely to meet you :)
Welcome Shirley! Nice to see you here!
