Breaking News! According to Bright Line Eating assessment, I am in the "highly susceptible" category for succumbing to food addiction behaviors. Booooooo! No surprise there, but still, BOOOOOOOOOOO!

I was also chagrinned that the author was writing something to which I had an adverse reaction. In the following sentence she addressed the adverse reaction as the addiction coming out to play and convince me that I couldn't possibly do what she was going to suggest I do to break the sugar cycle. That not only endeared me to the author, but also pissed me off. How dare you know what is inside of me!!!! The next sentence is a confession of her having the exact same feelings when thinking about the same issue. Yes, she is a formerly obese person who has kept weight off for more than a decade. She is also a PhD, neuro-scientist, researcher, college prof., recovering drug, alcohol, and food abuser. Yeah, I can identify with her on several levels.

As I read through Bright Line Eating, I feel like my inner child is having a bit of a tantrum. However, I wonder if it's not so much the inner child as the addict having the tantrum. Hmmmmm...... Time for cookie....

No puppy name. I keep calling her Judy (just to irritate Ron - long story... in short it comes from a friend of ours wanting me to name Blue Cher instead of Blue. Blue's registered name is Evermay's Moonstruck at Kairk. Because of Moonstruck he insisted we call her Cher. So Ron and I joked about well, then we need to have a Judy, Liza and Barbara. Gotta get all the gay female icons covered! I have also had a thing about Judy Garland since I was 5 years old,(Gay much?), so it's a double whammy. ) Anyhow, gotta find a name that sticks that isn't Judy or Stumpy.

Gym and bills tonight.
