Wow Ann, what a phenomenal job you've done. I want to follow in your footsteps!

Weight 120.2, calories 812. Going in the right direction, but see the trend on this graph prior to the blue line vs this summer. I need to stop it now!

Today friends from where we used to live are coming to sail with us on a schooner docked here in the summer then we are meeting with other friends for lunch. I wanted to go to the place where they have good sushi, but I guess we went there with them last time they came so we will choose another waterfront venue. My plan is fish!

Other than that, I need to make my lists for packing and start doing something about that. Maybe a little late afternoon beach as it is going to be HOT and HUMID here the next couple of days.

Greetings My Pets

Didn't weigh today since I got up early to start consuming coffee so I could go with DH to appointment with surgeon about hernia repair. Its not an emergency or anything but he thinks it should be fixed while DH is otherwise in good health. Surgeon asked DH if he had lost a lot of weight, noticing his big skin apron. It will be laparoscopic and involve some me****old DH he'd better get the yard mowed and cleaned up BEFORE this happens as he will have restrictions on lifting.

Ann you are a rock star. Good on you. We all want to be you when we grow up. Hope the GI stuff goes well.

And Yay Diane O for the maiden voyage in the RV. We so want reports.

BB, after a bit it will come to you as to what to do about work/vs home. I had one legal assistant who decided she was just not a stay at home person. Other people feel otherwise. One of my partners worked part time when her kids were little. You will just know. As per the exercise, I am like you in that I have gym, treadmill, workout tapes and endless places to walk, plus I have more time, but even so I just don't do it. I need a transfusion from Shel the goat.

Liz you will have fun in Paris. Wish I was going along. Pastries.

Peps, loving the puppy pictures on fb. Showy looking little creatures.

Well off to the studio for various things. Diane S

Hi!

Yay, Ann!!!! Way to go lady! Heartfelt congrats and I am thrilled you are able to celebrate your successes! Happy Anniversary, as well. Love the focus on gratitude for 22 years, rather than on your loss. You continue to inspire me.

Busy with school. Busy with pups. Busy 24/7 it seems.

Sick, sick puppy. Ran off to the vet at 5:15. Got home close to 7:40. He is feeling much better after getting fluids. He lost weight so quickly, though. It's scary. He's only up a pound in 2+ weeks. Was probably up 2, but lost from his bad gut.

Don't really want to start grooming again. September is soon here.

Regain is complete. I was thinking it was a blip, but it's dancing within a pound, so I'm calling it. It is what it is.
