But, why does weight loss NOT cause climate change?

Great TED talk!!!!!

I fully support swapping out overstuffed pillows. I love a flat pillow and would rather sleep without one than with a really full one or heaven forbid two pillows. My neck hurts just thinking about it!

Greetings My Precious Ones

149 today. Shel I watched that Ted talk. To quote Mr. Spock, "Fascinating." (Query: is fascination an emotion?) Anyway, interesting to learn that you breathe out fat. Keep breathing indeed. Now if I only understood why some individuals do this so much better than others. Mysteries of the universe.

Diane O, love the glamping stories. Keep it up. And I agree the correct pillow is important. At Bed Bath and Beyond I got some new down ones recently. One brand had a type for side sleepers vs back sleepers. I got the side ones which are puffier I think. Love them. Ever since wls I have used more pillows.

Liz love the wedding photo. Glad it all went well. So cool the way your family has come together and could celebrate this event. Food sounds great and the company spectacular.

Cecily, I am going to look up your cruise. Sounds wonderful. You will have to get a new cruise wardrobe for your skinny self.

Well we had fun at the fair. Our favorite attraction, little scenes made by kids out of potatoes, was moved from the back of the rabbit display into a prominent position in the crafts building on a lovely dais. (think: Mr. Potato Head with household items) There were potatoes as race cars, potatoes in the gym, a statue of liberty potato, angry birds, and on and on. So clever and adorable. I ate a lamb burger instead of corn dog and it was divine. On a buttery bun which I ate half of. And there were pigs being displayed and we saw one cute little boy snuggled up in the pig pen with his happily grunting 250 lb hog. Goats galore Shel. The poultry/rabbit barn really made me sniffle so I am allergic to something. I also bought quite a few things - cute embroidered hoodie, tie dyed sleep T and a linen hat for DH. A good day.

Ann I hope your friend with the uncertain diagnosis is doing ok and that answers come. And Shel hope your FIL is doing ok. And good luck to your DH on the gluten free plan. Years ago my DH went through some similar issues and had to try getting rid of dairy and a series of things. Nothing was ever solved and it all sort of calmed down on its own. Is there gluten free beer? Probably as carbonated saki!!!

I WILL be walking the dog today and removing junk. The sun is out for the first time in awhile. All is well. Diane S
