139.4. Yay still in the 130's! Hope to see the 120's again some day (I think)!

Got permanent make-up today (really semi permanent but does not wash off, just need touch ups every year or so) on my eyebrows and lids (liner). Looks too dark right now but will lighten.

DS#3 has his first football game on Friday. He will dress for Varsity but may not get any playing time. He does play JV too and they had their first scrimmage Monday. DS#2 is having a blast this summer. Lifeguarding, getting the tan of his life, hanging with friends almost every day. DS#1 still struggling. Hoping he will get a job soon.

Will update you all on my dating life after next week! ; )

Nice job with the weight. I never heard of permanent make-up. Expensive?

Eyeliner for both upper and lower eyelids was $600 and eyebrows were $400.

The eyeliner and brow prices are comparable to what I paid a year ago. I also paid an additional $450 for lip liner and fill. It is all very natural looking.

Did you do micro blading on the brows? I've been pretty keen on the results I've seen. Just remember, the brows darken up a lot a few days after, but will fade back to normal once the scabbing is gone. DS#2 probably already told you! LOL!

I hate putting makeup on (but like to wear it), so I'd be tempted. There apparently is a reputable place near me that does it. Hmmmmm...

I started this post at 10:00 am this morning! It's now 10:27 pm.

I put Diane O's reading recommendation in my shopping cart on Amazon last night. Will have to complete the transaction today.

My iPhone battery was replaced incident free, so I came home with my old phone. I hope the battery replacement will fix the issues as promised.

I stayed up way too late playing with active puppies last night. By the time they had finished their midnight meal and played themselves out it was 1:30 am. I got into bed shortly before 2:00 and slept until about 6:30. Got up, let Ella out. When she came back in she wanted to feed puppies, so I let her in. When she was done I let her out of the pen, climbed back in bed, invited her up and we both snuggled back down for a morning nap. We slept until 9:30!

While I was still in boxers and a tank my dad popped over to show off his new Tesla (car, not Border Terrier). He is thrilled with his new toy. I'm happy for him. He really is like a little boy who just got the best toy on the block. He even pointed out the aerodynamic hub cabs! I like seeing Pop so excited about something. He'll be 89 next week.

I should learn to live without ICE CREAM and baked goods. Ice Cream in particular has become my cigarette and ****tail substitute. There can be no other explanation. I didn't even eat sweets with any regularity until I was in my 40s.

10;27 pm - Long day that felt like I got NOTHING done. Funny how that can be. Admittedly, I did spend some quality play time with the puppies. I managed to get the invitation created and sent off for the September 1st puppy party - You all are invited, should you want to make the trek (and yes, I'm serious!)-, finished sorting through some things and got them off to Goodwill, put up the Easy Up and a set up a 10' x 10' outdoor pen for the puppies. The pups like the extra space and are getting used to outdoor sounds. I'm sitting with them outside right now. They are hearing nighttime sounds for the first time. It was interesting to watch their reactions to their first twilight bark experience. I gave them reassurance and praise for doing so well so, it took them just a moment to recover from their initial fright upon hearing their first non pack bark. Tonight the far away barking and the coyote chatter doesn't seem to bother them.

Oh, and I spent an hour repairing the fence this evening because suddenly Tank was in the neighbor's yard. We couldn't figure out how he got out. then I found the loose fencing (Deer Fence) and then over stapled the fencing back to the posts. We let Tank out again after the repairs. 20 minutes later he was gone again. DAMN! This time he went the other way and Ron found the hole Tank dug under the fence by the deck because Tank returned to the yard by way of the hole! I had walked right by it and not even noticed it. Shee****he hole is now filled with large rocks and chunks of concrete he couldn't possibly move, even with a lot of gumption.

I had some really weird brain blips today. Some were simply vivid dreams remembered during the day and sneaking into reality and me having to remind myself that what I was remembering was a dream, not something that had really happened. I also had a thought that today was Wednesday, and then later on had to remind myself that today was Thursday, not Friday. Again, huh?

Concentrated on not grazing today and was successful. Baby steps.

Hardly able to read past puppy party. Sat.... 3 day weekend.... Could pick up DianseS and hand deliver her hiking book.

The pull is strong.....still, unreasonable....even for me.

Good job on the grazing!

I love that Tank.

We had to pound 1.5 foot sections of rebar into the ground at the base of the fence to keep Chip from digging out. Also concrete blocks. ds
