Happy July 4 th!

cecily am not sure just what to say except OUCH and sorry. Diane you too with your summer cold, they are the worse.

first of the visitors arrive today, a fun group so it should be grand. But it is chilly here, my brother actually had his wood stove on. It is July for goodness sakes.

Wood stove? Can't imagine...If we were to have a small, open campfire here, I envision being found the next morning so many pieces of burnt toast on camp chairs around smoldering embers with
empty glasses in our hands.
