First of all, I think you (and really anyone) is allowed a day of rants without 2 positives. These are special times!
Plus, you have entire posts (from a while back.....waaaaaay back....so long ago (35 days?) that you probably don't remember) that were ALL positive! You have positive credit built up.
But, I was tickled that you ended up with current-day positives after all. Out and about in the big city by yourself; no infection, groin well enough for showers; more honey and less dakin.
I read the article. Twice. I giggled at experiencing the sip of water, particularly because I think the trees in your area are thirsty. (How rude!) But otherwise, yes.....some (not all!) of that is me. I walk in snarly and walk out.....well..... less snarly.
I am a little surprised nature bathing is new; but maybe it is just another name for what John Muir was certainly doing back in the day. For example, a quote of his: Keep close to Nature's heart... and break clear away, once in awhile, and climb a mountain or spend a week in the woods. Wash your spirit clean. I found that in like 1 second in a google search (lest you think I am a walking fountain of quotes)
Have a honeyed night!

Just after the water sipping was this NY native talking about a scrub oak:
"I thought it would be *****ly but it is not," she said. "It just looks scary."
WTF is wrong with these people? I could not read any more after that. Besides, I wanted pictures of nekkid people taking a bath in a half wine barrel out in the forest. What happened to calling it communing with nature? Geeze!
