Yep, scar cream comes after they're healed.
I hear you on the robocalls! I don't answer anything on my cell that has my first 3 numbers. I know it's spoofed. I've had two this morning. And I also get a ton of recorded calls in Chinese. Who are these people buying things from these people to encourage them to keep doing it?!
155.0 I was head-hungry all day long yesterday (translate finger in the peanut butter jar- spoon in the yogurt-nibble off the side of DH's zucchini cake-prowling around the kitchen type behavior). 3# drop after 2# gain over 6-7 days...This hunger and then loss on scales combination is not an unknown thing with me- weird. I continue to puzzle out the process, definitely different experience from the 1st time around the block here at the end.
Have upped my calories about 150 over the course of these last few weeks in an attempt to adjust my set point- still avoiding refined carbs like the devil, but eating way more by way of veg-few fruits- Doing about 20% carbs, 40%fats, 40%protein. The jury is still out on this.
Have been working on cleaning up and organizing computer files-email-accounts-etc...It never ends, and I am so incompetent in this area-(somebody kill me, please)
Am now off to do something---Anything besides stare at this screen. TaTa for now, sweet ones. I think of you all daily, with smiles. Enjoy a good one.

I am tired. The end of school is an exhausting time. Maybe not physically, but certainly mentally.
Chabot Space and Science Center field trip today. Read through all the posts today and can't help it..... need to say it..... just for fun..... Men are from Mars. Women are from Venus....LOL! But it's so true.
Glad most of you had thoughtful, peaceful and reflective moments today. I didn't. LOL!
Even as a parent the kids drove me crazy with summer anticipation in the last couple of weeks in school. I can't imagine dealing with it as their teacher...
