Dropping in to say HIiiiiii....
on 6/1/18 1:34 am
Good morning and congratulations! Well done!
and thank you everyone for your encouraging words. Am not quite sure how the 22 pounds have come off but perhaps it is a side affect of the anaesthetic, surgery and pain.
All I know is that cannot stomach meat of any kind and that includes fish and cheese products. Apppetite is poor and am trying to eat lots of veggies and fruits. Just woken up to the fact that there has been no protein in my diet for quite a time so have just started eating beans and am choking down eggs. What has woken up is an almost insatiable taste for bread and that is scary.
have a wonderful Friday everyone. May all of our burdens be a little lighter for today.
Thinking of you Paula.
Congrats, novascotiadawn. :)
Stick around and share your ten-year insights. :)
