Well after all the discomfort and smelliness, you are going to look tremendous! I'm not surprised that you have such good friends as you are a caring person and would do the same for them.

Today I HATE you all for I sit here chagrinned, eating crow, and a heaping serving of humble pie! LOL! Seriously, I'm embarrassed to write the following, but I'm going to confess...
I ate a Jimmy Dean Delight for breakfast. Neither here nor there. Lunch... roughly 2.5 ounces of pork rib meat, 1 TBS Stubbs BBQ sauce, 1 medium small apple. FULL! Not gross full, but VSG I'm aware that there is a mild pressure on my esophageal sphincter full. It's been a while since I've really felt that feeling with full acknowledgement. And because I have not eaten any sugar today, Lo and Behold, I was able to stop because there was no sugar coursing through my veins causing my hormones to bargain with my brain and help me eat more crap food. My water intake is already at 40 oz vs. the OMG, I need to drink the rest of my 24 oz of water before dinner.
I have also not been so tired today, despite only 5.5 hours sleep. I wonder how much of the exhaustion was exacerbated by the sugar consumption last week? Guess I won't ever really know, but I'm going with "Uh, doofus, of course it was the sugar because you were constantly spiking and then bottoming out from the constant glucose/insulin battle." It works to help me feel better about today, anyway...
Enjoying sliced fresh strawberries and Greek Yogurt for an afternoon snack/meal. I have some grilled chicken should I need something a bit more substantial for later.
My theme for the day: Sustainable Change - Soldier On & Rejoice
Good days breed more good days. PRIDE = progress realized in daily effort. I can see your grin from here. Carry on.
