Cinco De Mayo: Saturday, May 5, 2018
Weight 116.6, calories 632. Weight does not want to budge (4th day at this weight with relatively low calories over the last couple of weeks). Sigh... I know it will go down, but it doesn't get any easier.
The tattoo experience was good - it took less than an hour and wasn't too uncomfortable. I think it came out great but so far I only have pictures taken by myself over my shoulder, so they are a little distorted:
Off to the funeral as soon as DH is ready. 2 hours each way, so we won't be home until late afternoon as we are staying for the luncheon.
Have a satisfactory Saturday!

Good morning!
My workout starts in a few, then shower, then visit FIL (who apparently is suddenly gaining weight, very suspicious for a man who gets all nutrition pumped into stomach), then funeral then, finally, Cinco De Mayo!
Liz, love the tat. How special. Elise is out there loving it too. Paula, one last thought about that video: that was NOT a token pity award. That was a legit honor for someone who pushes boundaries to improve learning. What an honor to have the award named for him, moving forward. BB, of course little nugget travels well, she is just that kind of gal. Have fun in Florida.
Went to TJ's yesterday. Someday I am going to get kicked out because I fondle so many packages and then put them back on the shelf. I buy extra Persian cukes to try to compensate, but yesterday they just didn't satisfy. Felt very snarky. (How, I meant to say snacky but came out snarky. That description also fits)
More later, Shel

139.2, back in the 130's, yay!
Love the tattoo Liz. I am very fond of pooh and friends as well. I have a patient right now that reminds me of Eyeore. Lovable depressed old man!
Shel, I agree, the award from the Academy of Management was not a pity award. He is a rock star on that front! He just kinda felt the professor of the year award from the local U was maybe a bit of a last chance to recognize effort!
Busy day. Going to go to a Pop Up Shop (crafts, reworked furniture, decorations) with a friend. Two other friends are the artists. One is helping me make Ben's display boards for his Celebration of Life! I'm also working on the scrapbook album from our 2016 Maui trip. I will have a Hawaii display at the COL and want to get caught up with the pictures I have of our time there! And lastly there is the cleaning for the cleaning lady! Lol!
Have a great Saturday everyone!

Sweet tattoo, Liz!
Heavy chore day today and Fergie needs a bath and a good brushing before he goes to the boarder Monday for 2 weeks. It's the longest I will have been away from him in 10 and and a half years. I'm going to really miss him.
Oh, and I reloaded the closet finally! And instead of being stuffed full and overflowing onto the floor with a mountain of shoes, I have room to spare... It's so nice and bright in there!
It looks terrific! So organized and bright!

Greetings Cinco Celebrators
Well not much celebrating here. Not fond of tequila. 148 today. We had little steaks, avocado and a little green salad last night. Quite good.
Liz love the Tat. I always loved Winnie the Pooh and read those books over and over. That and the Eloise books. BB, you should get that stuff one of these days to read to the nugget.
Cecily, the closet rocks! I want to shop where you shop. And I love that I see NO business suits in there. But I could never figure out how to fold up T shirts so they look so nice like they do in stores. Mine are wadded up in drawers.
Paula the craft shop sounds like fun. Hope your ladder injury is going away. Good for you for working on these memory items. You having fun all reflects back to your family and does you all good.
Shel, fondling in TJ's? Well that could be me except I dare not touch one of those big chocolate bars. Or any chocolate there. Persian cucumbers rock with hummus. If we had TJ's here I could see doing all my grocery shopping there.
Gallery duty today. Its overcast so no clue if anyone will come in. Guess I will wear a path on the floor walking in circles and wear out a few pens doing crosswords.
Well thats about it. Coffee #2 is underway. Cheers all. Diane S
