Adhesions is my brain's cartoon explanation ....could be stitches. I didn't ask the surgeon about it.
Now that you mention it, I have sort of looked forward to it happening again....like I have internal bubble wrap that might need popped. I have felt something similar since, but never like that initial series of pop pop pop pop pop. Enjoy!

Hehehe! I got down on the floor to make sure I could do them, too! LOL! I knew I could, but honestly, it was a little harder than I thought. I did them really slowly. I noticed that there is a place on the journey up and forward where it takes just a little more effort to push through the last hump before getting to the 45 degree angle. I wonder if one thought about or visualized using the lower abs as a stabilizing force it would make it easier to follow through the motion with a little less effort. Must give it a try... hold on..... YES! It helps a great deal. Focus on using your low, low abs (for me that's the area just below the top of my hip bones - just below a low waisted belt) tightening, stretching up to your chest and then pulling your chest forward and straightening your posture and then fold over. It felt great! I did three in a row to test my theory. I stand behind the visualization!
Nice! I can't believe your PS is so soon now!
