Glad you put a number to your grooming clients....perhaps you can give yourself a goal like to have the number reduced to "x" by July 1st and then maybe even less by the start of the school year.

Thanks! Yes, please do. I am fascinated by the impact sleep has on the body. I have heard (though I don't know if it is really true/accurate) that if a person is kept from sleeping for a prolonged period the body begins to fail and death follows. Something along the lines of a person can survive far longer without food than without sleep.
I KNOW that when I am sleep deprived I eat more. I keep feeling like I need "fuel" to keep going.

I can only stay that low for a few days. I've been bouncing around 2 pounds higher than a year ago, so I'm trying to bring it back down to where it was. I find that with high protein, no simple carbs, and no wine I can do it without being hungry.
