Well, bummer, Devon! Sorry my post yesterday had that effect. But I know that, above all, you are authentic - you feel your feelz and call them by their real names. I have no doubt you're doing what's best for you. Doesn't mean I won't miss you while you're gone though.

Weight's holding steady around where I'd like to stay this summer. Yesterday I had 8 V/F servings - zucchini, lettuces, cucumbers, tomatoes, mushrooms, kale/spinach, green and yellow peppers, blueberries and strawberries.

I also had another physical therapy appointment. Observation: PT is not easy for me. It's physically hard, but it's even harder mentally to try to change my postures and how I move and to reject a lifetime of what I thought were "the right ways." This old dog is having trouble learning new tricks. I bet Paula already knows all about this. ;) I'm also learning to like, if not love, ice. Brrrr!

Today's theme is an oldie but goldie, which DianeO already shouted out: T.G.I.F.!

Hi, quick note to let you know, I'm deactivating my account. Otherwise, I'm too tempted to check in and read and see how you all are getting on. I really need to be away from OH and the WLS community. Having the tendencies I do, this is probably best this way.
