Yeah for the 130's! Of course deep dish pizza is required in Chicago.

I hope you can find a good place foR DS where he can get what he needs including an understanding of the importance of lifelong therapy and potentially medication.

Wish I had had mental health earlier. I thought everyone felt depressed. I thought DW was odd because she is eternally optimistic. Who knew most people feel that way. Wanting treatment for yourself is a biggie. Unless you are drowning and then it is real nice to have someone throw you a lifeline. You still have to reach for it. DD s phone died. I passed mine to her and got a new one. Now I can FaceTime with Adalyn when I am working on the house. Got to see her today. Going back to the woods tomorrow night.

Weight 163.8 (Ann I feel the same way when I eat right and the scale goes down. Who knew there was a connection??)

Wondering if I'll get my blood results today... Normally I'm pretty patient, but apparently not when something I want hangs in the balance.

So we were supposed to get up to 2" of rain from this storm beginning This past Tuesday. So far nary a drop. Darned weather people getting me all excited for nothing.

Off to get my hair colored once again this morning. It's a neverending fight against the gray. But I will go down fighting at the end if my life with brown hair! I could use Ann's membership...

Tonight is my knitting group. Should be fun.

Ferg has his bath, so all it well!

I did not mind it turning gray. I did mind it turning loose. I keep mine pretty short. My baldness shines through. DW has the prettiest color of grey. Waiting for test results is the pits. I tried knitting a few years ago. It drove me batty. Find fun where you can.

Hey all

we are safe and sound in a quirky motel in Long Beach. After all the travel and horrific driving we are bushed so holed up for the evening. We did go to target where I think I got in 2000 steps just there. Anyway the events begin tomorrow.

ipad typing does,t bode well but wising you all the best.

rain here! Diane s

ARGH!!!!

I just wrote a post and back spaced to delete a word and lost the whole damn post.

So... Long and short....busy day....cherry on the parfait....Get in the car after dropping some letters in the post box and car won't start. Left car in the parking lot. Came home, did what I needed to do, ate dinner, called AAA. Still waiting for them to text me to tell me thy are on their way. It's almost 11:15 pm. Sigh...

Other thing was I wrote a paragraph explaining that I have decided, even as much as I love you all, a break from the group is in order. Maybe just a few days, maybe longer. I don't know. Will have to play it by ear. You see, I was reading Ann's post, got to the second paragraph and wanted to flee. I didn't finish reading the post. An awareness struck that being here only stirs the pot of feelings I have regarding my weight gain. It's not beneficial.

I have no doubt I will be back. Probably sooner than I think!

Hugs!

I have wondered on occasion how our posts might sometimes feel to you. Do take the time you need, but I am also looking forward to your return when your brain is ready.
