Best wishes for the heart!
I checked out those websites regarding colors, etc --- interesting stuff!

142.8. Calories were 1,347 with C: 137, F: 63 and P: 83. A co-worker brought in dinner for us. A delicious albeit unhealthy chicken cordon bleu pasta casserole, complete with bacon, ham and a creamy sauce! She also made a cheesecake sopapilla dessert which I had a small piece of and am not tempted to have more (thank goodness!).
Today is our 21st wedding anniversary. The Ides of March, which I still remembering reading about in Julius Caesar in 8th grade! Funny the things we remember! We will celebrate our usual way - a meal at Red Lobster (though it will be a lunch instead of a dinner since I have the day off).
Ann, love, love, love your theme (and the song)! Your busy day sounds like a lot of fun (all except for the PT appt.). Hope you get to dance at your party tonight! I just love that pic of you on FB of you dancing! Will you wear a green tutu to yoga?
Happy Anniversary! Enjoy your day with Ben!

Devon, I don't know where else to post this where you'll see it. I also read your blog post. I only want to say that I wish we lived close to each other and that I could participate in your life and you could participate in mine in real-life ways. I think you are a wonderful person, someone who would add to much to my life if we knew each other that way. And I'd try to do the same for you.
As much as I can love someone I've never met, I love you. And if that's too mushy, here's something maybe even better: I respect you.

Thank you, Ann! Not mushy at all. I get it. I would enjoy a real life friendship with you, too!
Those thoughts have been buzzing round my brain for days and days - weeks really. The only way for me to move past is to get it out of my head. What I write is true. Those are my feelings. It's what's swirling around in my brain. I will get through it. I always do. It's just a matter of when. There is no if.
I am cognitively and emotionally exhausted. There is very little joy in life right now, which just isn't right. I have so, so much for which to be grateful, yet I seem to be stuck in my fat world. Haven't even worked out in two weeks - so unlike me - and don't really want to either.
Be well! Glad you are slowly, but surely, adjusting to your new normal - what ever that turns out to be.
Thank you, Devon.
