Cecily, in your shoes I would SO install a doggy poop cam on my front door with a time-stamper to find out when the perps were doing this. And then I'd reschedule my life so I could confront them just after they'd done it AGAIN.

Oh, this could turn into major poopery shaming entertainment for me. ;)

Don't forget the night vision goggles! People are more likely to shirk their poop duties (or doodies, as it were) under cover of darkness.

I saw Ozzie's mom deliberately not pick up a poop bag on our snowshoe. It was RIGHT THERE! My neighbor said it was ok to leave it. Why? Why is that ok? Poop in a plastic bag left in the woods. Worse than just the poop itself.

Please develop an e-perfume.

Or, I suppose there is already aromatherapy but I want to smell your citrus blossoms.

No aromatherapy oils or perfumes seem to match it. I've tried!

You're so right about the horrors of leaving poop in plastic on a trail. Leaving it at naturel is better than that, but both suck.

Nothing to say, really except I'm here and reading.

I have entered the "rebel, eat like crap to spite yourself, it doesn't matter anymore anyway, just accept it" phase. Not a good state of mind. It is defeatist!

Went to Goodwill yesterday to find a "western" shirt for the school auction. Found a gorgeous Calvin Klein shirt that had never been worn, tags still on it, cardboard in the collar for $7. Bought it! I have never shopped at a Goodwill. It was a little icky to be honest. I did find the western shirt and the calvin klein shirt and spent only 11 dollars.

What a wonderful find, Devon!

I'm such a GoodWill and other thrift store fan! Recently paid $5 each for two gorgeous Pendleton jackets, $3 for a beautiful Italian linen over-sized blazer just like the ones being strutted on Paris runways this spring, and $4 for a beautiful navy wool/black velvet nipped at the waist peplum waist -- also on the Paris runways this spring.

It ALL comes back. And it's available at your local GoodWill. :)

My first pair of jeans after hitting healthy bmi were bought at value village for 7 dollars. I thought I would never be able to pay full price for new. I got over that :)

I've lived in that headspace a lot of my life and it's horrible to feel that way. Wishing it goes away for you soon. You're worth taking care of!

Greetings Sunny Sunday People

I hope its sunny for you (except Cecily who wants rain). We have a couple of days between storms to enjoy.

147 yesterday. Not good. Too much snacking on peanuts and cheese. I was busy yesterday and did a lot but not stuff that adds up on fitbit. Sorting through boxes of papers and tossing and then hauling stuff to various thrift stores and book sales. They are so picky on what they take here because trash removal is expensive. The whole point of this is to get the guest room cleaned out for the house sitter in a couple of weeks. Well, thats done but not the living room looks like an exploded thrift store. Shel, you may be witness to our junk storm. I am beyond embarrassment.

Well Devon, glad you got some good thrift store finds. I have to avoid them because I end up buying little do dads that I think will make an art project and then here they sit.

Shel, interesting oh DH grieving process. Counting hot dogs? I would be passive aggressive and sneak in some extra hot dogs but I am not nice. Sounds like your DH is in the anger phase in which anger is directed at everyone and everything. The trip will do you all good. Especially me!

Diane O, sorry you are having some rough times. But it will pass. Every couple has events that cause conflict. My DH and I go about any project in very different ways and crankiness is always the result. Like he wants to sort through anything I toss out to make sure it is recycled correctly or question if I really want to toss it. (so I sneak out trash so he doesn't see it to avoid conflict.)

Ann, I am going to have to try the black bean burgers. Sounds good. I love beans and such. Hummus and cucumbers for lunch yesterday.

I hope to get out and about to deliver gallery publicity items. Its up and down Patricks Point drive which Shel, you will be seeing.

Well time to start stuffing my little Prius with junk to discard. Amazing what it holds.

Later. Diane S

142.8 Calories were just over 1300. No macros today since I'm on my phone they are not readily available.

Not a very good night of sleep last night and time change didn't help.

Church today and out for Mexican at our favorite place. Brought Ben back home so he could rest and then back into town for grocery shopping. Too late in the day to get a nap - darn!
