Greetings Wednesday Wonders
145.5 today. We ate real bacon last night. I cooked it burnt crisp so about 75% was poured off in grease. What a treat. Tonight its probably back to the chicken-fish-beef routine.
Ann, so glad the "Sister Act" was a success. No one has known you as long as they have and its good to explore the past and each other. Yep, routine is indeed a good thing. We humans seem to have a need for routine and ritual. Imagine if every day when you awoke the world was a different place and you had to figure it out. Yikes I am frightening myself!
Yep Liz, keep a lid on Justice. Maybe you can develop a calming ritual such as holding and petting him and speaking to him in a low voice. Have fun at line dancing.
Well Devon we are thinking of you and Keira today and hoping for a good outcome.
Shel, get ready for moss and mold on the redwood experience. I sent you a map of Trinidad and another of the general area with a few notes. And its not too early to start doing a "sun" dance. (opposite of rain dance). Ditto a crab dance though I bet you have plenty in Seattle.
Dave I laughed at the rake thing too. Like what are you doing with a rake if not raking? I often stand around just holding a mop for fun. (NOT). Hope your neurologist consult goes well and that there is something to help you.
Yep, the Square is easy to use to make sales. We have it already at one gallery. The issues of setting it up at the second gallery are not so much its usage but how it connects and works with our existing accounting software so that tax and sales information can be retained and reports generated. I am a barely average computer user and not good at the set up and connection. So I am going to have to enlist others. And on top of that we have discovered what appears to be unauthorized charges on our gallery debit card. Investigation is underway but another member has to do the report on it.
BB always thinking of you and the little Nugget.
DH has been taking apart an old printer/scanner in order to recycle it. Its all over the living room now. He likes to see how things work. Today is his eye doctor follow up and hopefully he can get a prescription and a new pair of long term glasses. We are becoming such old people - running our lives around doctor appointments. He has lost 22 lbs on the Atkins plan and it shows. He keeps enough Atkins bars around to feed a small militia.
Well thats about it. Time for more coffee. Diane S
143.6 - the same. Calories: 1357 C: 180 F: 49 P: 77
Very busy work day today. Glad to be home!
David, interesting that the N&Y doesn't seem to have the draw that it once did. I wonder what changed? Funny story about DW and the rake!
Shel, wishing you and your family peace and comfort as you celebrate MILs life.
Ann, so glad that the sister's weekend had good discussions and healing.
Need to go an figure out dinner!
Talk to you all tomorrow!
