Ola!

Weight holding stable. Hoping to see another pound fall away. We shall see.

Still holding to my rules - mostly.... (wink, wink). I realized that today at the shrink that I had not even a fleeting thought of the magical candy drawer in Mrs. Nelson's Kindergarten room! Oh, yes, I kid you not! It' sin the Kindergarten room. Mrs. Nelson also keeps her "grown up" candy in her room fridge. She likes her Snickers nice and cold!

Sleep is okay-ish. Food is on track. Got a massage yesterday. That was my weekend - not joking. All I did this weekend was groom, eat and sleep. That hour of massage was bliss!

Back to teaching today. I need a weekend after my weekend!
