Quick drive by between groomings! Two down, 1 to go!!!!
I prefer jumping into a cool bed and letting my body warm it up. Must be my stoic English, Welsh, German, and Slavic background coming into play! Nothing more awful to me than a hot bed! BLECH!!!!!!
Ann, yes, I understand why those foods would be filling and satisfying. My lunch today was chicken breast with a slice of avocado, a little jack cheese, and 1/4 cup blueberries and 1/2 cup greek yogurt. Takes me a while to eat that. I could not gulp it down!
Weight down 3.5 this week since Monday. I will take it. Ron is unaware that I'm trying to be sugar free. It's better that way. No food police if he doesn't know. I'm sick of food police. My shrink pointed out that my eating and food intake has seemed to be under scrutiny since I was in 2nd grade. That's a looooong time!
LIz, Sometimes, I do get mad at my dogs - especially Ace. He's at that "difficult" age - 2 years old. He jumped on the bed this morning and slapped his paw right in my face and got me in the eye. Could have F-ing killed him. He jumped off the bed PDQ! As for DS driving your car - he may not be listed, but check your policy. Mine covers "occasional" drivers, which would include adult children. Just saying. Busy, 20 somethings, or millenials as they like to be called, were raised in an instant gratification age and have been infantilized by our culture. He is most likely just taking the "easy way" since he's busy with work and probably doesn't have oodles of money available. As a teacher I do my level best to see things from all sides.
Gotta run! Clients are here.
You are right - I might have done the same thing at his age. It might be covered but probably not. Massachusetts policies are pretty strict about someone who lives in the household being listed on the policy even if only an occasional driver. Not a problem if he lived elsewhere but there is because his address is the same. Regardless I talked to him and explained why he couldn't use it and he is getting tires.
