Greetings Thursday Maintainers

145.5 today. I am disappointed that after all that clean out I only lost a pound. (I thought I was more full of **** than that)..But then again my activity level was almost zero yesterday. Consisted of walking back and forth to the bathroom. So glad its done and the results good.

Ann, wishing you the best on the memorial. May you find comfort there. Seeing all the people who show up and care is so helpful. Glad you are getting your veggies and some self care, even if it is disco yoga. I wish I could give you some of my sleep from yesterday. Took a 5 hour nap, got up for an hour, then back to bed for another 8 after that.

Paula, sorry the family is sick and stressed. This too shall pass. You are the centerpiece of all these wonderful lives.

Diane O, not much to enjoy on the drugs yesterday except a feeling of relaxation and not giving a damn. Actually thats a pretty good thing. Hope your DH can get some relaxation and you as well. I have a friend who is a psychologist for the VA and treats a lot of PTSD. Its a serious problem and its good its recognized now. I sympathize on the muddy back yard. We manage to keep ours covered with grass but the dogs find the one square inch that has mud. Love rag doll cats. My dear friend had two and they were called "the poofies".

Liz, that clock looks cool. I want a clock radio like it. I have purchased and returned several because the control buttons have these tiny little symbols that I don't understand and are two small to read. What happened to dials? I hate the electronics in my prius because they are all touch screen and in strong light you can't see them. I will get a new car soon and I want dials. What an old fart I am.

We go out to dinner tonight with my friend who now lives in Mexico.. To a very fancy place (well for here it is fancy.) great views and I can order an appetizer for dinner.

Well today I am feeling optimistic and content. Gotta hold on to that feeling. I am eager to return to studio and get into some clay since my hands are pretty well healed (or as much as they ever will be).

Hey Devon, Tesla's breeder wants me to enter her at Lost Coast Kennel Club show. Why don't you come up? Cool days by the ocean.

BB, we are counting the days until Baby day. Your lives will change but that little girl will be so worth it.
