Hi everybody!

We had so much fun watching the Super Bowl yesterday (sorry, Liz!). What a terrific game. I have an English friend who doesn't get the appeal of American football and even she said they were jumping up and down cheering and on the edge of their seats. Loved it!

Today I had lunch with a bunch of friends and then went to the movies. We saw Loving Vincent. It was so visually stunning. The entire movie was painted in oil paints by a huge team of artists in van Gogh's style. Amazing. It's been nominated for an Oscar for best animation and I can certainly understand why. Worth seeing!

Just a quick check in as it's late and our anti-virus keeps blocking this site. All is well. I survived the Super Bowl get together without much of a problem - well, perhaps a few too many mixed nuts. Today I started my eating window a little early. Eating more seems to trigger hunger more quickly. Hmm. I'll look for the fasting article on OH tomorrow. Thanks for the info Liz. Thinking of you all! Hugs, Mary
