I just looked at JAMA on-line thru work's subscription. Too much to read at once. All about obesity, some about WLS. I downloaded PDF's for myself to read later. If you want me to forward you the pdf's, please let me know your addy.

Quick check in. Just got back home. Sadie and Atlas did great with DB and SIL ! DH's appointments went well. My former cardiologist's office said they had no record of my appointment. Four hour drive. I don't make mistakes like that, and was not happy. I am looking at a valve replacement in the not to distant future... Will find a cardiologist out here. No weight today.

Oh, Diane, what a pain! Yes, it's time to find a local cardiologist. Glad the doggies were a hit.

so sorry to hear about that wasted cardiology trip! Maybe better to find someone closer to home anyway (not that makes today's 4 hour drive less painful)

Good for you Paula!!!
Liz, I hear you on the volunteering. Maybe after the trip, if you still want to?
Ann, I hope your sleep improves soon.
Joey, that app sounds interesting. I can't run, because of my knee replacement. Is it exclusively for running, or is walking also part of it?Did well at the pot luck at work today. Had about a TBLS of mac 'n cheese someone brought, and low carb everything else. I made low carb chicken burritos that I haven't made in a long time. Made way too much, with almost 1/2 of it left, so that's tonight's supper.
Have a great night all! Hugs, Mary
