Congratulations on walking by those treats, over and over! I would guess there is something inside of you that expects treats at shows? If so, then double win.....or triple win, considering Dottie. She is a pretty thing!

Yes, show days can be utter junk food and sugar fests! So, yes, I will say there is an expectation of eating with disregard for nutritional soundness at a dog show. Think fair food and packaged snack food and that pretty much sums it up. I think Diane will back me on that!
I won't lie, I didn't eat perfectly. I had a few chips with my lunch, a handful of cashews for a snack, and a big old diet Pepsi at the show this afternoon. BUT passing on free, grab one every time you walk by, baked goods is an absolute big win for me!
