Greetings Fabulous People,
Well I am late today. Had to watch our team's early game and it was horrific. BB I will have to watch OU tonight to see someone who knows how to play.
I have come to the realization that I AM FAT AGAIN. 140.5 doesn't cut it. My plan is to work on the protein. Might even have to use some protein drinks. At least my to-do list is a little shorter. Someone took my gallery shift yesterday and I got to catch up on some stuff. I will get Tesla for a walk today. She seems to think she is a gargoyle and sits on the sofa back looming over me. Attention needed.
Paula so grateful you have some good news for a change. Cancer is never good but there is hope. And the cortisol posts are timely. We have all been down this road lately and there is probably more ahead. Yep self care is essential in order to be able to care for those others who need us.
Dave good to hear from you. Busy busy is a good thing. I agree painting is boring. You excel at the carpentry and no doubt you can find more projects. Hope the bugs are gone.
Christmas baking used to be my favorite part of the holidays. I have an extensive collection of Christmas cookie recipes and have not tossed it even though no baking for years. I used to plan out the 8 kinds I would make and plan a shopping list. Can't imagine buying all that sugar and butter now. Instead I plan for roasted veggies or something healthy to take to our friends house.
Devon, your breakfast sounds like what thin people do - order everything they want but eat just a little. Congrats to Ron for entering this century. He will probably become a texting fiend.
Housekeeping is needed. Have to get things ready for DH and cataracts. He is a pretty needy patient.
Well nothing profound here. Protect your skinny selves and your families. Diane S
