Greetings Special Ones
Gotta hurry up and do this before Mac decides to eat it as it did an earlier attempt. Ever since the new operating system went in its been hanging up a lot. GRRRRR.
139 today. Feeling rather chipper even though I have to go to the Bataan death march of grocery shopping. So hate that.
Paula I am glad you had a good visit and wine with a friend. You need more of that. Also you need those boots. Go for it.
Ann glad you had a good visit with friends. I bet the big city was Kansas City and there is nothing like a KC steak house. (said the girl from Omaha). I bet your ability to eat more is your body flipping into normal mode. That said, do check with doctor. And send me any chocolate torte that you can't eat.
Well Liz, the OH Barriatric Mindset sounds like a good thing. Will check it out.
Yesterday looked really bad for our team. They were trailing and had done a lousy job all day. Then with a minute and some left, they got the ball back and 6 completed passes later had a TD with 14 seconds left. Other team ran out of time and we won. On Facebook people were already talking about a new coach in mid game. LOL.
Devon, glad the puppies are getting their new homes. Sort of like kids going off to school the first time. And less puppy poop!
Shel have a good hike. Space Needle. Very funny. Get your steps while shopping.
Well thats it. Gotta post this before it is consumed. Diane S
Hugs to all!
Weight same old same old. This is good.
A revisit to "Duh" land today. Went shopping at Costco AFTER eating lunch. Gee, nothing was tempting. Go figure. Left with just the items I went intending to buy. LOL! Duuuuhhhhh......
Got the bathroom scrubbed from top to bottom. Makes me feel good as it is a chore I tend to put off.
I am beginning to recognize some things about myself that I hadn't really paid much mind to in the past. One thing is I function best when the minutia around me is in order. I often put off the little things until they pile up into huge seemingly insurmountable piles of responsibility. Lately, I have been focusing on getting minutia in order at work and at home and even in my little grooming studio. Having a sense of organization is helping me cope. It's also beginning to allow me to start thinking about my food choices and from where they stem and what purpose they serve. I am wondering if this "ALL" could be a symptom of ADD.
