Could be dysmorphia although I would guess I'd feel fatter in that case (at least that's how my dysmorphia usually shows its ugly face).

I'm 5'7+ and I'm 18w3d now.

I made it back up to 8 V/Fs yesterday, which came from an apple, butter lettuce, carrots, potatoes, corn, red peppers, avocado, strawberries and blueberries.

My V/F science experiment isn't over -- I've not had a chance yet to analyze all my daily macronutrients data. But it's apparent that in the last few months since I started to eat more V/Fs that my maintenance weight range has dropped 3 pounds. Another noticeable change I've noticed is that during the same time frame I've had fewer nights when I've craved sweets.

The question is: Did I simply eat fewer calories to get to this point or, if not, is there some metabolic magic happening, thanks to eating more V/Fs? I'll let you all know what the numbers say when I get a chance to crunch them.

It was 45 degrees here this morning! High today will be 69. Around here, that's fall! ;)

Hump Day!

Hey all this is late and quick. Back in Nebraska dealing with moms house and Pat,s stuff and memorial. Too much to do and not enough time. Ate crappy yesterday but got healthy stuff togay for my little suite.

i am pretty stresses over the amount to do. My older brother is failing. What a mess. Trying to hire people to do as much of grunt work as possible

so forgive me a little stress eating. I know how to solve these problems but it takes time. Oh well, I want to eat a good piece of Nebraska prime rib.

Good luck Diane. It does sound stressful. Nebraska prime rib would be on plan!
