Weight 118, calories 854. I haven't been this high for a month. Must be from my carb day on Monday.

I did take a short day yesterday and went to the beach with DH. It was a really beautiful day though we left mid-afternoon when the wind picked up. It was probably the last beach day (and the last outdoor shower).

WFH again for the rest of the week (2 long days and 1 short on Friday).

Have a Worthwhile Wednesday!

Whoa! Wednesday!

Gawd, I wi**** was Friday. Long, time-defying day yesterday and the work isn't done. First day with that new pharmacy resident. I am ever hopeful. We covered a lot of general ground and I sprinkled in a few of your words of wisdom along the way. I still plan to circle back around to you guys about feedback, it is very much top of mind but so far a jellied mass without much form.

On the home front, DD has been in a community college philosophy class for two weeks and has decided this is her life's calling. What a great time of life, so many doors to walk thru.

I took a couple days off exercise, I was simply tired and time deprived. Getting back to it today. We have some packaged cookies in the house that I am going to throw away even tho they are Europe's favorite cookie to have with coffee.

Hug your skinny, Shel

Travel day yesterday. Started out by taking our feeble boxer to the vet. Some days you just have to do hard things. He was 12 and had a good life. I did try to add a picture but could not figure it out. I'll post on FB here.

Then we drove some more because DW had an appointment. I mowed the yard at the house while she was busy. (Mowing is really more driving around) Then drove another hour to the city for my psych visit. After the office visit we ate Chinese food at a little take out place we used to frequent. We usually eat it there, it has a couple of tables in the front. It did not go down well. It would have been a good day for N&Y. By the time we drove 3 hours home my back was about to snap.

Better day today. Computer, coffee and soon a green shake.

More Later, David

So sorry about your puppy (they are always puppies in my mind). Since our 2 elderly puppies are staying at home with DS when we go to Florida this year, I fear that one or both of them won't be here when we return in the spring. But I'm happy that we can help them go in peace when it is time.

Weight: 166. Gah

Definitely still in the fat stage of pregnancy. Never have I wanted a belly so badly. I'm beginning to believe more and more that maybe my muscles were sewn together after TT and maybe I won't have the traditional belly look :( But maybe that will keep my stomach flatter, so I guess it's a concession I can make. And whatever the case, que sera sera. (I could've sworn my surgeon said she didn't do muscle repair since I didn't have any kids/no need, but I really can't remember)

Chili was on the menu for last night. YUM

Tonight I have a professional event. Meh. I would much rather just go home and get kitty and puppy snuggles.

Devon-good for you for checking in!

BB, what week are you? I hope you don't mind if I wonder out loud if body dysmorphia can apply to pregnancy. I suppose why not? I blame Instagram/social media. On the other hand, maybe as a first pregnancy your body is slower to relax into its pregnancy form. Fear not. Your belly will eventually walk thru a doorway 30 seconds before the rest of you. By then you will be praying for delivery.

The other day you asked how I post my pictures. Up in the upper right corner of the website there is Shel25, envelope, bell, gear, and a red box with a white plus in the middle. Click on the red box and it will walk you thru transferring pics from your device/cloud to your OH profile. Once they are on your OH profile, you can add them to your posts by clicking add photo. Let me know if you get stuck.

Also, belated sympathy for your team's loss last week. Have you been buying DD Oklahoma gear, yet?

I was going to ask the same question as Shel about how far along you are. Also, you are fairly tall, correct? The tall ones seem to show later. Perhaps there is more room for baby to stretch out lengthwise?
