Dave... So great to have you start us off for the day !!! I have a lot of admiration for individuals *****ad through posts, take notes, and respond thoughtfully and thoroughly ! It is something I aspire to, but rarely do.

Computer keyboard disclosure...often when I intend multiple exclamation points, the series ends up with a question mark or two. Ann, I'm sure your news about DH was fabulous...the inadvertent ? does NOT indicate a lack of clarity.

Weedwacking and mowing the entire lawn readjusted my weight back to the lower end of my range. I'm still mowing once a week..hopefully that is almost over, and I can substitute some walking, bike or gym time.

I've got a new hobby..."rocking". Adults and children find rocks of all shapes, sizes, and textures that "speak" to them. They then paint the rocks and seal them and write "Steuben County Rocks" and a blue "f" circled, to denote a related Facebook site. Participants "hide" the rock in plain sight, and post a picture of the rock and the general area of the"hide" on Facebook's Steuben County Rocks site. When rocks are found, they can be kept or rehidden. Many counties/states have these sites. The caliber of some of the art is astounding !

Oh, that rocking sounds interesting. At first I thought you might be volunteering at a hospital to rock addicted babies - that is cool too!

I visualized DianeO meditating in a rocking chair (and maybe in a group of rockers) and thought I might want to do it, too :)

I've thought about doing that too. Would love to feel a babies warmth and smell the baby smell.

I had found several around here but didn't really know what to do with them. With 2 grand babies on the way I will be into rocking too. I like to rock babies. I am warm and they go right to sleep. DW calls me the baby whisperer. DD#1 will come over to me and take my hands to feel the baby kicking and when I put my hands on her belly the baby get real still. I have only felt her once.

Damn, Dave! That's one hell of a Tuesday morning post from you! Thanks for all your news. Congratulations on getting back up on the maintenance horse. I'll let you know how our HughesNet experience goes.

Our local satellite vendor who sells all the satellite services is coming out today to put up the HughesNet satellite and hook us up. I can't tell you how nice it feels to walk into an actual store and talk to the same nice, smart person every time I have a question about service, billing, additional options, etc. #SmallTownBenefits

I'm feeling much better after yesterday's visit with hubby's oncologist. But my still-tense back feels like I need an hour of that feet-up-the-wall yoga pose.

Yesterday's 6 vegetables and fruits came from carrots, butter lettuce, navy beans, onions, tomatoes, and strawberries.

Needless to say, the rest of this week's theme will be: GRATITUDE

P.S. Thank you all for your kind messages about hubby's biopsy results. We both appreciate your support.
