I know, I know, I've been MIA. I read almost everyday but just don't get to posting.

143.8 pp (post poop). I've been staying within a 3 lb. range for months. My body is happy here even if my mind is not.

Leaving for a long weekend tomorrow - bi-annual scrapbooking retreat. I'm bringing hard boiled eggs and fruit to share and bringing a stash of my own yogurt and blueberries and sliced almonds (sorry David, I know you have gone cold turkey on the N&Y). Still have to get packin' for it!

Lots of errands to run today so I ate sushi out - yum. I just got white tuna - nigiri style, pretty healthy as is amounts to maybe 2/3 C of rice and 2-3 oz. of fish and a splash of soy sauce. Dinner tonight not so healthy. I am making meatballs in a mushroom gravy over rice. One of DS#3's favs and due to football every night, he is one hungry boy!

BB - so glad the floors are almost done and that the young movers were so gracious!

Liz - sorry DH is having some bad days and that the last work days don't sound like that are going to be very fun.

Devon - loved, loved, loved the pic of the line of pups! Auntie K does a great job!

David - hope you are surviving without the N&Y

Diane O - lots of changes with the move, but all sounds good. You sound very content, I am happy for you!

Shel - where is the next hike. How rainy is it there in March/April? We are starting to plan a trip for Spring Break next year (over Easter)

Diane S - need to see some of your latest creations. Shel or I can help you upload pics! Enjoy that coffee of yours!

Love to everyone - even if I didn't get to a personal shout out for you!

I did forget one for sure - Ann, I still want to see a tutu pic (private message me on FB if you must!) My knee has been giving me problems too but not from yoga or any other form of exercise. Been a slug as of late!

It is surely a bit dark and rainy in March. April begins to lighten but still full of drizzle. Not cold! I had to think of something nice to say....

Mt Dickerson below from today's hike! My neighbor Linda snapped the pic. I blend right into the fall colors.

Ran out of yogurt at about 7 yesterday morning. Loaded up with a green shake. Twice yesterday and twice today. Spinach, cabbage, cauliflower, carrots, grapes or bananas, kale and of course protein powder. A shake is about 32 oz and usually takes me a while to drink it but it isn't bad. I haven't done a calorie count on it but I think the protein is 300. The rest of the day has gone well and not craving but not really eating much either. That is ok for a while. I did have a second cup of coffee.

B.B., glad you didn't pay until it is done. And that your floor is done. Sorry for the loss of your friend.

Liz, it is hard to be productive while everything is unsettled. Preservating, learned a new word. Sometimes offering a plan helps.

Ann, we have century tel in this area too. They took a bunch of money from obama program to upgrade the system. No line available to me. We have satellite. It is not good. I've been having knee and hip pain too. Took ibuprofen a couple of days.

Diane O, we have deer thick. I saw a fawn last night in my yard. About 150 ft way. No mama in site.

Diane S, if we get any trick or treaters here they are lost. When we lived on Navajo reservation we gave 6-7 gallons of candy every year and always ran out early in the year.

Paula, have a great time scrap booking. Enjoy the yogurt.

Shel, another beautiful hike. Trees are turning.

More later, David
