208.0. I stayed on track at the buffet last night. They had a carving station, so BOOM! The only thing that made me veer was the chocolate covered bananas and strawberries. Luckily, they were messy to eat at a schmooze-fest so I could not eat more.

Antiques Roadshow was great fun, although the watch I brought was worthless. At least now I know. We will probably hire the appraiser to help with our Estate work.

I am going to see my son's therapist tomorrow night without him, just for me ... all for me! I have a lot to get off my chest, including new harassment at work for leaving the office "without permission" to work on one of our Estates. I had permission from my boss, but that is not enough anymore. Sigh, another day in paradise.
