Monday August 28
Weigh 116.75, calories 851. I suspect true weight is a bit lower since I've already visited the bathroom a couple of times since weighing.
I had a post-WLS experience that I haven't had for a long time yesterday. We went to a neighborhood BBQ and I had a small piece of grilled chicken. It was somewhat dry and I must have eaten it too fast because I did NOT feel good for quite a while (felt "stuck"). It did move along finally and I felt normal by about 2 hours later, but it really took me by surprise because that hasn't happened for at least a year. I guess the newer plumbing is still working.
DH took his AM medications twice yesterday. I keep them in pill boxes and remind him when to take them. He got up yesterday and took them as usual, then went back to bed for a couple of hours. When he got up the second time he took them again! No harm, but now I have to "dispense" only the dose needed at the time and hide away the rest. Sigh...
We are off to Nantucket for 3 days this morning once I get DH moving and are sure we are fully packed. I will likely still post as I will be up 2-3 hours before DH in the mornings.
Have a marvelous Monday!

Good morning!
Oh, it is Monday again. The other pharmacist is out for 3 weeks so I am working 5x8 weeks again. I have plans to do all sorts of things before and after work! It starts with 6am yoga so gotta get a move on.
The pic below is my husband's. He always gets better pics than me, mostly because he has a better eye and better at composition. Carrying a real camera doesn't hurt, I am sure. There are frequently ribbons of ranges in many directions at the top of ridges.
Hug your skinny,
Shel
