Weight stable. I'm another fall lover !! The Indian summer days are the best, with crisp coolness at night. BB.. loved your reference to HS band evening practice. Both my girls were in marching band, and my oldest continued on at Syracuse University.
Under a tornado watch... made me come in from yard work, to monitor warnings.
I can't tell you how much touching base with all of you means to me !!

(Six months and one week.) AT GOAL month 8. Maintaining at goal range (139- 144) ~ four (4) years !!
