So true. I'm glad I'm not on the school schedule anymore, although I will be again someday with kids! But now I get a full summer (of course, I also don't get summers off like when I was a student so I'm not sure if the joke's on me, lol). What's shocking to me is that the day after 4th of July, it's like summer evaporates off the shelves, and school supplies replace any trace of summer that existed. Meanwhile, we have another 2 months to summer through triple digit heat :(

About that, actually, it's 82 degrees here today and overcast. LOVELY. I do love fall. Cannot wait. But happy for our reprieve from the heat in the meantime.
