Well, that is a relief. Always such a flood of relief.
Trust the recommendation whatever it may be. Don't grieve if additional treatment isn't recommended (more is not always better)

Yes! No cancer is an excellent thing, but it is good that you are getting another opinion.

Flying by.....
Yesterday's hike was totally manageable, my worries about it being too difficult were unfounded. Amazing. I had a million reasons for not going but glad I did.
I like pork kebobs, too. But, I am lazy and just pick them up from the meat counter of the local coop. I justify the extra expense as the price of Skinny.
Have a great day all.

It's too hot to work outside today. After a good yoga class in town this morning I got the filthy country car washed and feel much more civilized.
Hubby and I are starting to wonder where we can escape to in August that will be cooler than here. What a wonderful puzzle to work on!
On that note, today's theme is Good Times!

207. As the world turns... like sands through the hourglass... my life is a stupid, poorly written, over dramatic soap opera. My son should be discharged from the psychiatric hospital tomorrow so yay! My daughter is in the ICU. Her blood pressure medication has been changed so hopefully she will be better, stronger, faster... We plan to rebuild her with the new kidney, pancreas and stomach pacemaker by Christmas. Fingers crossed.
Yesterday, my older grandson had a meltdown when I was dropping him off at camp. He started crying so I got him out of there before the other kids noticed. They are like animals and he's already been bullied. We went to see his mom and I called an emergency response unit who met us to speak with him. He is set up for counseling and there was an immediate improvement.
The stroke not only caused paralysis in my son-in-law but caused brain injuries that he does not comprehend and he is unable to care for the boys. He threatened to call the cops if I did not bring the boys to him. I told him where I was and that I would be waiting for them. Called his bluff. I was rational at first but when he started yelling, I snapped, said a few choice words and called him a POS. So, things are more strained.
My best friend, who I do not see often but talk to daily asked about my weight and my health. I gave you guys all the credit for my not having regained all that I have lost and keeping me focused on making better choices.
Just so much more than one person should have to bear, but you can do it if anyone can.
