Sorry about the no sleep, Carbon!
Paula, so glad to read Ben's tumor has shrunk and that surgery is going to be an option. That is good news from what I understand, so CONGRATULATIONS! Will Ben miss jogging, or was that a bit of a tongue in cheek statement? I don't understand why he will lose part of his stomach, though. Is the tumor that far down his esophagus that he will lose the esophageal sphincter and a portion of the fundus?
Ann, great that the boob biopsy went so well. Yes, happy hour a bit early was absolutely in order!
Diane O., so happy for you! I sort of figured that was what might be going on. I'm so glad you seized the opportunity to reconcile and follow your heart. Hey, and with the move, won't you be forced into full retirement?
Ann, welcome home and kudos on the weight management. Good work!
Diane S., Shel, BB, sounds like we are the "same old, same old" bunch! Nothing wrong with that one bit!
I am up a glorious 2 pounds for no good damn reason. BOOOOOOOO with all capital letters today! LOL! However, my appetite is non existent today, so maybe something is going on - like normal compensation????? Until 5:30 all I'd eaten all day was a Quest Bar, which isn't a whole lot for being active most of the day grooming. Decided to have some yogurt, berries and nuts just to put something in my body before going to the gym. So, I'm at about 350 calories for the day so far. Not enough....
Not much here today, so it's off to the gym I go. Maybe I can drag Ron along!
Hey Devon, well I guess some of us are in the "same old same old" department. You inspire me to hit the gym. Sorry you got a visit from the "Pound Fairy" but thats the nature of the beast.
Well guess I'd better get up and moving but still have 2/3 cup of coffee and wouldn't want it to go to waste (waist), Diane S
