VSG Maintenance Group
Monday June 19
Still at 118.2. We had a nice dinner last night for Father's Day which chef DS loved!
Today I have to do some work to consolidate information from the analysts working for me right now - another mini reorganization coming as we have yet another new manager. Sigh...time to go.
Picture from dinner last night (I'm the short one between DH and DS):

Thanks Paula! Isn't that weird how the way other people see you changes?

142.something. Took a little walk yesterday with DH, more his speed than mine!
Work today. Wearing a fun little dress. I wouldn't have ever worn a dress to work when I was heavy. I've bought several casual ones now and find them so comfortable!
Low 70's for the temps yesterday and today. It was even a little chilly with the wind yesterday. Summer just doesn't want to seem to stay.
Keep on keeping on my friends!
Paula
Strange summer definitely!

Oh, Liz -- what a beautiful photo of good looking people in a luscious place. A night to treasure. Sigh.
My weight is down below goal again ... whew!
For you Netlixers, I wound up watching ALL of "River" yesterday evening and last night. What a good story and very different characters. Obviously, my sleep suffered, but it was almost worth it. I definitely recommend it.
This will be a busy week of real life, writing a consulting report, and scheduling a biopsy following my second mammogram, which didn't shed sufficient light on what's going on in my right boob. I'm not happy about that outcome, but will be on this like a chicken on a June bug.
Hubby will be having some thyroid tests this week. He's just running out of steam, and can't seem to bounce back. I swear it's the digoxin.
Summer is in full swing here -- beautiful and warm. Our place is looking great after all our hard work this spring. It's going to be a great hydrangea year.
I think this week's theme will have to be Breathe.

Good luck on the biopsy Ann! And do keep looking into the digoxin - apparently it is difficult to diagnose when someone's body has become sensitized to it as it took quite a while to figure that out with my mother. She did well on alternate meds once they changed it.

Thanks, Liz. We are definitely following up on the digoxin. Good to hear of your mom's situation.
