The 1.6 that found me yesterday disappeared as quickly as it came and took a few extra friends. Back down to where I am more comfortable. Now to see if I can tighten the reins and get on an actual WL regimen. No promises today.
Actually planned ahead for dinner tonight, so that is a step in the right direction.
Spent some time yesterday trying to evaluate my med change and string some thoughts together. I'm still not quite certain how this is all working out, but I am thinking that the "honeymoon" phase of the meds is ending and a bit more everyday normalcy will begin to settle in. I'm trying to decide how much of a role the meds have played in my change of attitude about deadlines, finances, keeping up on paperwork, etc...
As the school year ends I will have more time to devote to putting my own life back in order and that will feel quite good. Over the past 2-3 months, I have neglected certain aspects of my life with great competence and laizze-faire. I have not stressed over my clerical shortcomings these past months, but it is very clear that I have quite a bit of catch up to do and some records to locate and put in order.
I know what I'd like to do (reduce my client load), but I'm not sure it's feasible at this point. Time will tell. Until then, I will just have to keep this idea simmering on the back burner.
Bramble is set to leave next Sunday. It is always a bittersweet thing to see a beloved puppy go its new home. This is the ABSOLUTE right thing for both puppy and new owners. It is why I bred Blue to this particular dog - so that Bramble's new mom and dad would have a Davy puppy. (Davy was a dog they bred in 1989, raised, and showed with much success. He died at the ripe old age of 14. They never had one of his pups. I had Davy's brother, Toby. Karen and Jeff have been part of my Airedale life for almost 30 years!)
Hope we all have a productive week in all areas - food/weight, recreation, learning, and love.
I'm glad Bramble is going to a good home. I fell in love just seeing a picture!
