Weight 118.25, calories 1122. I hope I am backed up (I think so), as a 2 pound gain in one day always freaks me out.
In the office today, but looking forward to sun and temperatures in the high 70s.
Enjoy your day!

Morning everyone
yesterday was the day of overflowing toilets, at home, work and at volunteer place. Possibly a conspiracy. Disgusting no matter what.
walked seemingly forever at all places bringing mops/ towels/ garbage bags.
yuck.
food was o****il 10 pm and got into the sugar free peanut butter.
May all of your toilets flush freely.
Oh Carbon! NOOOoooooooo.
I hope you toilet woes aren't flowing south. Holy moly. That peanut butter didn't stand a chance.

I thought about moving to a meerkat but felt the need for my comforting buffalo.

I want to use Toilet and Tuesdays together in an alliteration but just can't bring myself to do it.
So, Happy Day to you!
126 this morning. Squash the Ostrich is officially over but will live on in spirit. It was a good gimmick to keep me mindful, especially here at home. I was better able to skip the negotiating phase of "just a small portion of fill-in-the-blank" and move on to "nah....don't need (or even want) that." Not that I was perfect, but it was a lot better. And, a bit freeing.....lying to oneself doesn't feel good.
Moving on.....I have a new fancy student starting with me this week for a 6 week advanced rotation. Inpatient pharmacy LOVES her and wants us (outpatient clinical pharmacists) to LOVE her, too so a business case can be made to hire her jointly. I have not met her but her previous preceptors and the student herself are aware that she doesn't multi-task well. If I am not multi-tasking, I must be dead. Maybe she will show me a new way to work -- I am ever hopeful.
Speaking of peanut butter.....I'm currently on a peanut butter pause. Jif crunchy peanut butter is one of the very few processed foods that I routinely eat. I WANT to prefer the natural stuff, but just don't. Jif must have some strong manufacturing mojo to it. But, the freshly ground peanut butter (with no sugar, as Carbon mentioned) doesn't call to me like Jif. Maybe I'll pick up some of the fresh stuff to have around and skip the Jif for longer than I planned.
Gotta run! Hug your skinny!
Shel

Multi-tasking: I'm with you Shel. It's part of what makes work interesting and how I get things done.

Day "off" today will be spent researching and writing an appeal for our second opinion for surgery which was scheduled for the first week in June but has been denied. I hate fighting the insurance company.
Final concert for DS#1 went well last night. There were not the tears that he expected, at least not during the concert. He did receive a nice leadership award.
Rainy, gloomy Spring day today. Boooooo!
