115 and holding, courtesy of more than a week without wine and subsequent overeating. Sad to say I miss the wine, which is a big red flag.

Beautiful day here. Off to work for the late shift. Wearing 70's style bell bottoms with straps. Super cool. Regarding the jeans, not a bad idea to initially soak in cold water and vinegar (or salt) bath to help set up the due. A lot of premium denim companies use natural indigo so bleeding is a given. These types of jeans should be treated with care and washed as infrequently as possible. In other words, don't wear them while doing dirty work or while kneeling a lot! Premium denim means treat them as an investment!

Greetings Maintenance Buddies

Well down to 134 today so feeling good about that. Had shrimp and veggies in a lime curry broth last night. Quite good. The broth came pre made in a plastic bag That I found in the tofu section of store.

Well I agreed to a gallery shift today as a trade for someone who needed the day off so I guess its more dusting and walking in circles. Its sunny and dry and we may get more visitors. Plus I can work on banking. Closing in on the tax returns.

Shel, the dog show for me is the 14 and 15. There are two more days but we are skipping those. But yeah I hope to get some pictures and you guys can judge whether Devon and/or I am fat.

Paula good on you for setting your job straight. Seems like lots of time gets spent fixing other peoples mistakes. You don't need more junk to do.

Dave glad you have the big computer. Go easy on that back.

Liz love the tile. Sorry your DH is declining. Hope the clinical trials work out.

BB wish there were a magic pill to kill the sugar cravings. All I can say is to not have the stuff around but it seems impossible in an office where the stuff seems to multiply. We had a custom in our law firm when someone won something they brought donuts for all. It was a big enough office that there were almost always some around. We had this ancient bookkeeper who used to take a big manilla envelope and fill it with donuts to take home. I would see her with that envelope with grease spots on it. She was not fat.

Here is a funny story off topic: Some people had a roomba vacuum that they used to run at night. Dog pooped in the living room during the night. Roomba ran over it and proceeded to smear dog poop all over the house in its nightly wandering. What a mess!

Devon get some comfortable clothes. Wearing ones that are too tight make you "feel" fat even when not.

Well off to find something useful to do. Have a great weekend all. Diane S
