So sorry Paula - you do seem to miss all the breaks right now. It has to turn around soon.

Heavens. I am sorry for all that. I don't understand the c dif rules either. When my MIL had c dif, it took the infectious disease dept head to rule on what kind of isolation (if any) was required at various stages. Otherwise, everyone had a different opinion. I was blissfully ignorant, as always.
Well, you are forced to have some extra time at home, hopefully not all of it attached to a bottle of bleach.
Obviously you aren't feeling 100% but maybe some gentle exercise? Meditation? Scrap booking? (that is the opposite of relaxation in my opinion but you seem to like it!) Or, maybe a nice nap.

Diane O, 800 days is a good stretch. I would chart more on MFP if I didn't eat the same thing everyday. A page from the training book sounds like very good advice. We had beautiful sunshine yesterday but I think rain is in the forecast.
Ann, have a great, offline, cruising vacation.
Shel, you have the best ideas, wwsd bracelets. Makes me smile.
BB, hope you are feeling 100% soon.
Liz, managers have a very hard task at times. I have opportunities to manage but I am a worker bee.
Diane S, all this talk of taxes makes me anxious, I hope I can find all my paperwork after this move. All your artwork sounds fun. My mom has a kiln that she made dolls in several years ago. I think my brother has it in storage.
Devon, sounds like you found a way to get sleep with the kennel arrangements. Sleep is so important. DW worked for a psychiatrist for a few years and the first 2 things he checked with depression was thyroid panel and a sleep study.
Carbon, hope you have good weather for your power walks.
JoeyJo, your family is lucky to have you!
more later, David

Weight still up, though down .2. Big whoop! LOL! It is what it is. Hamstrings and triceps and pecs are sore still from Monday night workout. Have a hike with the kids this afternoon, staff meeting, hopefully a workout and some trimming on Ace.
Made the switch to the full dose of new med and eliminated the old one. I'm feeling a bit lightheaded, but that's not so bad.
Paula, so sorry for the c diff and its consequences for you! Sucks!
Well, I'm feeling like it's another day at the salt mines. In other words, same old - same old.
Edit to add: Sleep sucked last night. Ron woke me up at 2:15 to deal with one of the dogs that was grunting. It was Blue simply happily moaning while the pup cuddled. He's not used to the sound. Then at 3:45 the puppy needed to poop and she refuses to poop in her pen (which will be great for housebreaking, but sucked last night). Got up and took her out to poop. After that my sleep was fitful at best. Boooooo.....
Greetings Stallwart Maintainers
Well when the going gets tough, the tough get going. Seems like thats our theme for the week
I am up to 135 today. DH convinced me to make the so called low cal pizza last night and look where it got me. Back to chicken and veggie stir fries for us.Really need to cut back on wine. Its getting a little much.
WWSD indeed. Good idea. If it were any of my dogs, it would be eat everything in sight.
Shel Oh joy, a root canal. I had one not long ago and it really wasn't bad at all. Demand nitrous oxide for a good time.
Liz, definitely time to solidify retirement plans.
Ann have a great time on your trip. Looking forward to hearing about it.
Paula so sorry you have yet another thing dumped on you. Hope the work ban is not too long. It does indeed suck and I wish for you it would stop.
Devon that little puppy should be called "Wake Me When its Over". Sorry but it made me laugh to hear Ron woke you because dog was grunting. DH is always asking me to examine out dogs for one thing or another that he thinks is wrong. Did a training session with Tesla yesterday to walk in a straight line and stand. She did fine until someone came along with another little dog on a leash and then she could only pay attention to that dog. Made me realize how awful she will be going around with a line of other dogs. She is in 12 to 18 puppy but may well be the only one in that class.
Still lots of tax paper work to do. Gotta get moving. Time is short.
Hope everyone with stomach bugs is improving. Thats the worst thing to get.
Well nothing much of interest to report here. Just chores to do that I don't want to do. Have to put my show up Monday the 10th and then leave in two days for dog shows that will be an ordeal. Four dogs and so much shlepping of stuff. Then its Easter and I have to fix some stuff. Gotta get ahead of all this but can't seem to. Oh well. Onward all. Diane S
Tooth is fixed! Much Nitrous utilized!
Going back to a comment you made recently about the possibility of talking scales. Many years ago, I was going to (yet again) restart exercise. I stepped onto my wii fit board, it weighed me, the number showed up on the TV and no surprise, I was 40-50 lbs heavier than the last time I weighed. And, I kid you not, wii said "OH MY!" full of judgement and horror.
It still makes me laugh that a little tiny Japanese tech person programed that. Still don't know if it was because of the weight gain, or being around 300 lbs. Maybe both. Certainly worthy of an OH MY!
