Sunday March 26
Still hanging out in my range. Oh, how I envy walks in the warm sunshine ! Sadie and I made it 2100 steps in 30 degree weather, before light rain began. I can't remember the last time I saw the sun ! Agh !!!
Rats! Yuck ! What a good puppy Ace is !! Good food day to boot ! Bonnie... 156 holding ! Things are coming together for you ! Stay focused !!
Get ready for another fabulous week, and March going out like a lamb !!

Last night I enjoyed another 9 hours of lovely sleep. :)
Birds are singing like crazy here. It's our last day to work in the yard. Otherwise, we'll have a quiet Sunday.
BTW, this morning I looked at my MFP records and found that during the last 8 months I've averaged 1,706 calories/day and 135.1 pounds at morning weigh-ins. So pleased with that. This really does seem to be my happy spot -- where I can eat plenty of nutritious food AND some treats and still maintain.

Greetings Great Ones
Having a sleepy day here. Gotta get on with the taxes. Got all the forms together yesterday so thats half the battle.
133.5 today so feeling better about that. Good on you Ann for maintaining and knowing your range.
Yuck Carbon, a rat! With a house full of terriers we don't have to worry much about that but ants are another story. Terriers once killed a nest of little mice in the backyard and the little neighbor girl was watching. I felt bad for that. Gophers are an issue here but not in our back yard.
Yay Devon, a major at less than a year! Thats a true prize! He will be a champ before you know it. I've gotta get busy on Tesla's table training. I've got her walking a straight line and standing to face the judge but thats about it. Can't wait to see Ace. Oh and you too.
Liz in that info about the Parkinson's drug there was a phone number to the medical school. 402 559 6941. I am going to call it but will probably have to go through my mother's neurologist to do anything. Again, she probably is too far advanced (on hospice) but gotta check. Right now, the drug is an injection needed daily but they are working on pill form.
Beach sounds fun. Sun sounds fun. We have beach but no sun.
Shel, be careful with your new scale. What if it has hidden cameras in it. Think of the view it would provide!!! An electric hair brush? Seriously? My worst nightmare was the scale for really fat people who could not read the numbers so it would say your weight out loud. Also probably post it on the Amber Alert Road signs.
Paula and Joey thinking of you as always.
BB sorry your DSD has to go through so much. Would she get in to going to the gym with you? Might be a good outlet for her.
Dog Chip went out for his usual walk yesterday but quit after a short distance and had to be carried home. Not sure whats up. May be a back injury. But today he was wrestling with terror puppy. Will try a walk today if it stops raining for a minute.
Peace to all. Diane S
Thanks Diane. I did send emails to the contacts for Boston University (doing it locally). Also we see DH's neurologist 2 weeks from tomorrow so will talk to him about it.
