Weight 115.5, calories 1684.

Eldest DD is here so we ate at Laishley Crab House last night and it was great. We have to have her sleep at our friends house due to the tiling. The tilers said they will be done by end of day Thursday (was supposed to be Tuesday). I informed them that they better be as we are leaving on Friday (packing in the morning and on the road mid-day). They started working faster yesterday probably because they realized that they needed to pick up the pace (even before they found out we are leaving Friday).

Will probably go to the beach today or tomorrow. DD wants to look into yoga on the beach as well.

Have a good start to your weekend!

The storms woke me up and the gasket on the AC was leaking so I had to go out in the rain and get some tools to tighten it down. Then I thought I had to eat. It was more out of stress because of the leak. Didn't sleep well the rest of the night. Was posting first but went back to sleep mid sentence. Good nap but hope that is not how my day is going to be.

more later, David

Still in my target range, but I have to thank my grand nephew, who was cranky because he's teething. My niece had Easter candy out all over (jelly beans and dark chocolate) because she's nursing and can currently eat "anything". I was so busy trying to distract him ... I distracted myself ! Sleet an snow squalls yesterday, so we didn't have an opportunity to walk, which I am so looking forward to !!

I have done a good job being retired on Mondays and Fridays. My next goal is three days a week. Bonnie, you are a source of motivation for my second goal. You are doing such a great job of dedicating time to a balanced range of physical activity... often pushing those excuses aside. You are motivating me to make sure I set, schedule and complete weekly activity goals, with a back up plan, if the weather doesn't cooperate.

Off to seize the day !!

Distractions are good! I'm learning a lot from you in preparing for retirement!

Good morning all from the land of seemingly never-ending rain. Thankful that it is not white stuff fall.

calories yesterday were 1367 and walked for an hour.

garage sales this morning ( don't ask me why as we should be having one ourselves) and then hopefully out in the garden.

I love garage sales (but dangerous for the reason you mention)

And just when I'm on a roll, kablooey! Could not get to sleep last night. When I miss sleep, I also snack a little. I still got up at the regular time. Yawn!

It'll be a soggy day here. Lots of little pre-trip things to handle re airline and hotel confirmations, last-minute toiletry purchases, dry cleaning, home security arrangements, credit card company travel notices, bills and brokerage arrangements, etc. One day I'll figure out how to leave the country without making hubby and me both nuts.

Ah, the challenges of being a not completely reformed control freak here in the Department of Redundancy Department.

Still recuperating. Did not make it to exercise yesterday. Feeling guilty, but don't want more setbacks. Ugh. 3 days off already. Going to try and get in a good cardio workout today and tomorrow and start fresh week with trainer Monday.

Calories were only around 750 yesterday. Not much of an appetite, that's awesome! Down to 156.2 on the scale today. So fun to see! I know it'll rebound fast. But man, I'm getting so close I can taste it. At this falsely low weight, I'm only 5lbs. away from my "126lbs. lost".

Stomach bug has turned into cold/allergies. Not sure if bile bothered my throat and that's why I'm coughing. Or just season allergies? Or part of something bigger. Ugh. This is the weekend! I wanna have fun.

Going to Escape Room outing with mom, sister and aunt today.
