As you may remember, we specialize in fitting denim and after 6 months of working with this brand I've rarely seen them 'fail' on women who wear 'normal' clothing sizes. No matter what the body type, they usually seem to look amazing!

Greetings Mates
OMG, 134.5 today. Goes to show you what a snack party can do to you in one night. I suspect some is fluid due to salty food - like quite a few olives. I did eat a few crackers with humus and had wine but it was hardly a pig out.
I gotta get a transfusion from BB. Good on you girl for getting into the gym and finding fun. Everybody tells me I have to find some exercise that I enjoy or look forward to and I can't think of any. Just gotta pick what I can tolerate. Being on medicare now, my supplement plan allows me to go to this one gym FOR FREE. So whats my excuse. Gonna check it out today.
Carbon your walking amazes me. Especially in a hilly town. Good for you.
Liz, yikes, bummers at work. Plan your exit. Glad DD is better and DH doing well.
Welcome Barb. Jump in and tell us about yourself. No judgements here.
We had pork tenderloin and green peas last night. a healthy dinner if the portions are right.
Joey, wish I had some good recipes for you. Tonight I am making the cauliflower ricotta bake but its not exactly something you have laying around. Bet there are a lot of good tuna things - like maybe tuna patties bound with an egg and chopped veggies. And lentil soup or bean soup is always good. Love the name the kids gave your turkey dish.
Oh well, enough blather. My weight is up, my mood is down, time to get moving.

Greetings again
Well, still lounging about drinking coffee. Responding to Shel, I am definitely a night owl and can attest to the fact it can result in bad food choices. Those who eat a nourishing breakfast are less likely to fall into the late night snack routine. Pre vsg I am sure I ate half my calories after dinner.
I tend to sleep in because I can. But I keep trying to find a clock radio that I can use to wake myself up at a regular time. Problem is that I have purchased three (one returned) and can't use them because the controls to set them are so complex and the buttons tiny and the instructions pages long. I have been reading on the internet about clock radios for the elderly - simple to operate. Pathetic but necessary for me. Heading off to Target or else ordering off Amazon. Is this stupid or what? Anybody have an idiot proof clock radio to recommend?
Also gotta buy pumpkin for dogs. Seems to help the old girl not get the drizzles.
Aloha all. Wish we were in Hawaii. DianeS
OMG Diane you speak the truth about the complexity of clock radios. Gave up on them years ago because of the same problem. I now use my phone as an alarm clock, but can't remember if you carry one ....

Better eats yesterday. Good work out, too. Weight down a smidge. Looks like I'm going to be diagnosed with BED. Oh joy! Was sent to look at the DSM 5 definition, characteristics and the criteria then reflect and respond. Whoever wrote it must have seen my picture somewhere. LOL! And so it goes....
