Greetings Fine People

133 and Woe is me. Not because of weight but because I ran out of half and half for my beloved coffee. Trip to Starbucks or store. Or both.

Paula so sorry your ear is so troublesome. I knew someone who had plastic surgery on ears and it was very painful. Must be a sensitive spot. But the rest does not sound good so please call doctor.

Shel, funny about the healing buffalo. There were some people up here who brought a lone buffalo all the way from Wyoming and kept it in this pasture in the middle of a tiny hippy town. We used to call it the Therapy Buffalo. They hauled it all the way back to Wyoming to be neutered. They eventually took it away. Pretty funny.

Well DH took Chip out for a walk and it started to hail. He is not happy.

Yeah Liz the first couple of years of maintenance can be confusing as the ups and downs don't make sense. And we are all haunted by the ghost of regain. You will find a comfort zone.

Shrimp and broccoli last night. Good but stinks up the house.

Dave, hope the dogs get their routine down soon. Ours get a cookie, bed warmer and they happily go to their crates. Enjoy woodsy life.

Take care all. Diane S

Me again. You can tell I am putting off chores. Just trimmed 56 toenails. Went to Safeway as I had a hankering for pot roast and had to get it started early. While I was there is started to snow! Actually these pelting little nuggets of ice. I swear it was colder inside Safeway than outside.

It sounds like - by your activities today, that you might be the 'ol lady who lived in a shoe..hehe.

I also had a hankering for pot roast and made it in the crock pot. It was delicious, and super comforting (even without potato/noodle carbs).
