Insurance companies are the DEVIL! If a doctor says you need a PET scan, it should be approved!!!

I'm glad your Mohs surgery went well. I wouldn't have told you beforehand, of course, but my dad had Mohs surgery on his nose and they took layer after layer until he had no nose. He literally had no nose, just a hole in his face. They reconstructed it better than it was before. He requested a Cary Grant nose and bragged that he got it.

Well OH has a sort of new look. Fine with me as long as I can navigate it.

Liz, what are those people at your job doing? Don't they have anything better to do than reorganize? My old law firm was always making these organizational charts with practice groups and who is the chairman of what and it was so ridiculous.

Well take your trip and let the doggies have some time at "camp". Hope your daughter gets over the pneumonia quickly.

Shel, deep thoughts indeed. Its good to examine and reexamine our thoughts and feelings about this weight thing until we come to thinking patterns that work. I am at 132.5 today and need to decide if I am ok in this range or want to try to get back below 125 which I was for several years after vsg. Oh well, will think about it some more.

Hoping to hear from Paula but know she has her hands full.

Well I am off in a bit to take the old dog to the vet to figure out why she has the runs. We gave her a tiny dose of Kaopectate yesterday and that seems to have helped.

Well, I wasn't sure my message posted as OH got weird. Glad to see it did.

And glad to hear Paula's surgery went well. There is probably a way to appeal the denial of DH pet scan if doctor thinks its necessary. Thats how I got my vsg. Dang insurance companies.

Just got back from my vet with old dog liza. Saw a new young vet who looked about 12 years old. But he was very impressive in his presentation and solutions offered and I liked him a lot. May be our new guy as our other regular one works weird hours. She now has probiotics, meds and a prescribed diet. And after 6 weeks using the treadmill she has lost 1.5 lbs! Just goes to show you what a little exercise will do.

Steps today were storm clean up and working a bit on the shop in the woods. Babying my back has not been high enough on my list but gets higher as the day goes on.

Shel, no goats on the farm right now. He is switching breeds so he sold them for the winter.

Liz, sounds like they have big plans for you at work. Enjoy the trip. The pups will do good.
